Sarnia is in London to battle the Knights
Friday, November 27, 2009
LONDON - London native Anthony Donati will play his first game in a Sarnia Sting uniform tonight when the Sting take on the London Knights at the John Labatt Centre. Donati was acquired by the Sting earlier this week in a trade with the Plymouth Whalers. Donati, a defenceman, has been playing with the Sarnia Legionnaires junior B team. Forward Brett Appio will miss tonight's game with a broken nose. He suffered the injury Thursday against Peterborough in a fight. Shayne Campbell will start in goal for Sarnia and Michael Hutchinson for London. Game time at the John Labatt Centre is 7:35 p.m. Sarnia will attempt to snap a six-game losing streak.
