OHL Draft Continues Throughout The Day

Sarnia, ON - Sarnia Sting General Manager Alan Millar followed up the first overall selection of Steven Stamkos with the selections of defenceman Dalton Prout and goaltender Peter DiSalvo.

Prout a 6 foot 2 inch, 203 lb. defenceman hailing from LaSalle, Ontario played last season for the Windsor Jr. Spitfires. In 58 games he recorded 11 goals, 19 assists for 30 points and accumulated 78 penalty minutes.

DiSalvo becomes the first goaltender selected in the Priority Selection, stands 6 feet, 180 lbs. played last season for the Don Mills Minor Midgets. In 51 games last season DiSalvo posted an impressive 1.77 GAA and had 9 shutouts.
